Welcome to my website.

My art career started with this painting to the left. I was inspired to paint when I moved into a house with a lot of boring empty walls. I always knew that I will be able to paint so I decided that there was no better time to start. I looked at a calendar that a friend of mine brought me from Europe with different faces and pictures.

I liked a picture in the calendar of an old bearded man and thought it would be a great painting for my house. I was drawn by the formal look and expression of the man and the view of great knowledge in his face.

The painting took me about 70 hours.  The hours I put in proved  to be good hours as I was very pleased with the result and everyone that saw it loved it. I then won the 1st prize in a art competition for new artists and that was the start of my art career. After that, I had many offers for this specific painting but due to the sentiment of it, I did not sell it. I also currently do commission work.
